By downloading, installing, or using the Piczi application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Piczi is a photo style transfer application that uses artificial intelligence to transform user-submitted photos into various artistic styles. The App processes images through our servers and returns stylized versions to the user.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to photos you submit to the App. By using our service, you grant Piczi a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of delivering the style transfer service. We do not store, retain, or use your photos for any other purpose.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to use any photos you submit.
  • Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • You will not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the App without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Piczi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Stylized images you create using the App are yours to use, share, and distribute as you wish.

6. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be error-free, or produce specific results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piczi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
